🔄️ Will 2024 be a year of change for you❔ My answer for me: A resounding yes!👍 Set the course for 2024, it's up to you... I will continue to work on developing the potential of people, organizations and technology portfolios. To do this, I will continue on the path of strategic change, constantly learning, adapting where necessary, and leading with clarity and vision.   And why is that? The geopolitical situation and the quest for sustainability are so huge that we must finally begin to honestly solve these problems together to create a world we can all live in today and tomorrow. And want to!!! 🤝   🎯 My goals: To just be, by expanding my mindfulness practises and my weekly running distance. 🙏 🏃♂️       To lead organizations with vision and heart, that the organizations I shape give more to people than they take, through collaboration and transparency: the breeding ground for everyone's growth. 👓 ❤️       To drive successful technology development - sustainable and digital transformation. 💯 👨💻 In concrete terms: industrial processes shape... ...that can adapt at the speed of software ...where control can be applied regardless of deployment ...where devices are centrally managed and secured ...where data flows continuously from the shop floor to the boardroom and across enterprise boundaries ...where technology, such as GenAI, helps people do more with less. Hello 2024! New Year, new me... right? Wrong. Same me, different calendar. Change doesn't take place in an instant, yet it's always happening. If you're like me, then you've probably felt the "new year guilt" of: needing to have the right annual evaluation process, or the perfect new habits or goals to commit to in the upcoming year. I want to give you the permission to DO nothing, especially if it's out of obligation. Instead, I'd like to offer the chance, for both you and me, to BE more in 2024. That means: greater presence, more intentional "no's," living out of and from your true self. 2023 is coming to an end, and it is time to reflect on the year gone by.   I have to acknowledge that 2023 was a tough year. With the possibilities of slowdowns, ongoing wars, and other economic conditions, it was hard for us to increase the customer base at the same rate as we had planned. But it’s not all gloomy. The year was great in many other ways –   - In this year, we got a lot of repeat business from our existing customers. It is a testament to the great work of our teams. - We have implemented several new systems and processes in preparation for CMMI Level 3 certification. These have prepared us for growth and scalability. - We have made a lot of investments to streamline internal processes across HR, payroll, project delivery, governance, audits, and documentation. These systems, tools, and processes will help us deliver the projects with greater agility and quality. - We have fine-tuned our performance management systems. - This year, we invested in building our own accelerators and products. A few large companies where we showcased these solutions have shared very positive feedback. Would love to peel back the onion on this story - but what I like about it is the delineation between 'benefits' and 'value'. Cost savings, resiliency, etc. are benefits - these are table-stakes. Value is a better measure of success, in this case "significantly enhanced member experiences and streamlined processes, providing us with a competitive advantage" and "help people improve their health and well-being".

Good Morning Everyone!!! As we will welcome new year 2024 tomorrow, we all are taking new year resolutions. By analysing what we did good and what we need to improve. I was also thinking for few points that I need to improve in 2024. I have been interested in identifying ways that I can live more disconnected this year. I am not looking to disconnect from people but technology. I am aware that technology is a gift in my life. Technology has allotted me much more than it has cost me. I am committed to not being an all or nothing thinker this year, but finding the healthy balance in so many areas. Here are few things I will surely try to do in 2024 - 1) As we all work, phone with internet is very essential in day to day life. But i will try not to use internet for atleast 4 days in a month. 2) Use an alarm clock instead of your phone. 3) Do not check your email in the first hour of the day. The first hours of day I will give for planning my day, I will try to avoid emails till 8 am and plan my day first. 4) I will use more of pen and paper rather than noting down everything in excel or on phone.
